The SpeakEvo Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a payment method. There is nothing to refund for free accounts.
The SpeakEvo Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed at $10 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to first-time Pro subscribers only.
To request a refund, email us at info@speakevo.com with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are not issued for subscription periods beyond the initial 7-day window. If you cancel your subscription after the refund period, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first at info@speakevo.com as we are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
