How to use it

1. 1.Go to Lessons and pick any card, sorted by industry and difficulty.
2. 2.Read the explanation and examples carefully.
3. 3.Complete the 5-question quiz at the end to earn XP.
4. 4.Completed lessons show a green checkmark, revisit anytime.

Tips

• Do 1 lesson daily minimum, consistency beats intensity.
• Filter by your industry to learn vocabulary you'll actually use.
• If you set your profession in Settings, tech lessons auto-filter for you.

How to use it

1. 1.Word Match: pair 8 words with their definitions before time runs out.
2. 2.Fill in the Blank: pick the missing word in an AI-generated workplace sentence.
3. 3.Speed Round: a word flashes, type its meaning as fast as you can.

Tips

• Play Speed Round daily to build instant word recall.
• Missed a word? The result screen shows the correct answer, note it down.
• Word Match is best for learning new words; Speed Round for cementing them.

How to use it

1. 1.Click the bookmark icon on any lesson to save vocabulary words.
2. 2.Go to Vocabulary → Review tab to start a spaced repetition session.
3. 3.Rate each card: Easy, Medium, or Hard, the algorithm schedules your next review automatically.
4. 4.Pro: open any word card and click "Generate Mnemonic" for a vivid AI memory hook.

Tips

• Do 5–10 SRS reviews daily, short sessions work better than long ones.
• Honest ratings matter: don't pick Easy for words you half-remember.
• Mnemonics are especially useful for abstract words like "leverage" or "bandwidth".

How to use it

1. 1.Pick a scenario (salary negotiation, standup, client call, job interview, sprint planning…).
2. 2.The AI opens the conversation as the other person, respond naturally.
3. 3.Multi-persona scenarios (Sprint Planning, Incident Response) have 3 AI characters with distinct voices.
4. 4.After each message, tap "Feedback" to see your score and suggestions.
5. 5.When done, click "End session" for a full summary with tips.

Tips

• Don't overthink, write as you would actually speak.
• Read each feedback card even if your score is high; suggestions matter more than scores.
• Repeat the same scenario multiple times to track how your phrasing improves.
• Try Salary Negotiation first, it forces assertive, direct language.
• In multi-persona scenarios, address specific speakers by name for a more realistic feel.

How to use it

2. 2.Click "Rephrase it", you'll get 3 rewrites plus cultural notes.
3. 3.Read the explanation under each version to understand WHY it works.
4. 4.Copy the version that fits your context.

Tips

• Use this with real emails and Slack messages you're about to send.
• Compare Formal vs Assertive, most learners overuse Formal and sound weak.
• Pay attention to the cultural notes, US English is more direct than UK; Japan context is indirect.
• Rephrase the same sentence in different styles to learn tone shifts.

How to use it

1. 1.Go to Search & Learn and type a goal (e.g. "explain a system outage to my manager").
2. 2.The AI returns a 3-step plan: vocabulary to learn, phrases to use, and a scenario to practice.
3. 3.Work through each step in order, the steps build on each other.
4. 4.Try different goals to explore areas relevant to your role.

Tips

• Be specific, "lead a sprint review" is better than "improve my English".
• Use goals from real situations you're facing at work.
• Save the vocabulary words to your list and review them via SRS.

How to use it

1. 1.Meeting Simulator: join a standup or sprint review, the AI team lead asks real questions.
2. 2.Presentation Simulator: paste your pitch or talk, the AI scores structure, clarity, confidence, and filler words.
3. 3.Both give detailed scores and improvement tips at the end.

Tips

• For meetings, pretend it's real, type as fast as you would speak.
• Watch your filler word count in presentations. "Um", "like", "basically" kill credibility.
• Paste real presentations or emails you've already written, it's more useful than made-up text.

How to use it

1. 1.Go to Activities and browse the four sections: Reading, Watching/Listening, Writing, Speaking.
2. 2.Each section has ~10 concrete exercises with instructions.
3. 3.Pick 1–2 activities from different sections each week.
4. 4.Combine with your SpeakEvo practice for the fastest improvement.

Tips

• The Writing section has the highest ROI, daily journaling and Slack habits carry over to real work.
• Watch with English subtitles, not your native language subtitles.
• Speaking activities like shadowing feel awkward at first, do them anyway.

How to use it

1. 1.The radar chart shows your scores across: Vocabulary, Clarity, Fluency, Confidence, Assertiveness.
2. 2.The heatmap shows your activity for the last 26 weeks, green = active days.
3. 3.This Week vs Last Week shows whether you're improving your XP output.
4. 4.Activity history logs every lesson, game, and dialog with XP earned.
5. 5.Capability badges unlock automatically as you hit milestones (e.g. 5 dialogs = "Conversation Starter").

Tips

• Check Progress every Monday, it resets your motivation for the week.
• If one radar skill is low, focus on the matching tool (low Vocabulary → more games, low Confidence → more dialog).
• A 7-day streak is the first major milestone to hit.
